The kitchen closes, but the fun keeps going. Every Friday and Saturday from 8–10pm, we roll out our Happy Hour Kitchen Menu with a lineup of shareable bites, snacks, and late-night treats made for the kind of night that deserves one more round.
Think Smoked Chicken Wings, Mini Tacos, Jalapeño Poppers, Southwest Egg Rolls, and Chicken Taquitos. Wash it all down with a local craft beer or signature cocktail. Don't skip dessert! Churros, Bread Pudding Bites, and Raspberry Cheesecake Bites are calling your name.

We offer slow-smoked meats by the pound including brisket, pulled pork, pulled beef, turkey, sausage, smoked meatloaf, chicken, and ribs. Add a full spread of sides like Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Trail Beans, Queso y Concha, and Smashed Potatoes.
Whether you're feeding 10 or 100, we'll make sure your guests leave full and satisfied. Just give us 48 hours notice and we'll handle the rest.
